When ordering your paper with Custom-Writing.org, you agree to follow the terms and conditions as specified below:

Note that due to the nature of service, we cannot guarantee a refund policy. You are paying for quality custom writing services and we work our way through to adjust the paper to your requirements, if requested. If you happen to have complaints, the request must be provided in a written form either through the customer care center or on e-mail account - support@custom-writing.org within 2 weeks after the paper has been delivered to you.

• If we have failed to assign a writer to your project
• If an assignment has been delivered late for ANY reason, we will re-calculate the price in accordance with the final deadline and issue a partial refund for late service delivery
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of your paper, we will revise your assignment as many times as it is needed until it meets your initial requirements

Notes:

• If a delay has been caused by inconsistent instructions, i.e. you have ordered 4 pages, but in the detailed instructions you require 10 000 words or you have uploaded the required files (specified by you in detailed instructions) after a writer has been assigned to your project and has started the work, the order is not eligible for refund, since order instructions were provided late.
• If a paper is sent for revision, a separate deadline is set by you that is not included into the original deadline of the project and, thus, cannot be eligible for refund due to late delivery. A revision request must be provided in a written form either through the customer admin panel or by e-mail within 14 days after completion of the project.
• If you have extended the deadline on your own, set a new deadline and the new deadline was met by the writer, the order is not eligible for refund because of late delivery.

• If instances of plagiarism have been detected, the amount of refund will be equal to the % of plagiarism detected in the work. Note, that a certain percentage can be estimated by such programs as TurnItIn.com, Eve (all versions), Plagiarism Finder, and others due to the similarity in references and simply due to standard expressions used in writing. If you are sure that your paper has been plagiarized, you must provide a solid proof with a link to the information and specific places determined to be plagiarized. We also guarantee that our work with the writer who has copied material will be terminated. Even though this situation is highly unlikely, as we scan all work with plagiarism detecting software, we offer you a money back guarantee as a sign of good will and our intention to provide you with quality services that you do deserve.
• If you cancel an order after a writer has been assigned to your project and the paper has been started, the maximum amount of money to be credited to your account equals to 40% from the total price for the order
• If you cancel an order after payment submission and before a writer has been assigned to your project, you are eligible for a refund net of the transaction costs, which constitute 20% from order total.

All assignments provided by Custom-Writing.org are for research purposes only. Custom-Writing.org presents a prototype work that is intended to be used for further research. Custom-Writing.org assures delivery of the paper as specified in the instructions provided in the order form. If the paper does not meet the specified guidelines, Custom-Writing.org will make as many amendments as it is necessary to adjust the paper to the standard required. Note that you cannot make any amendments to initial instructions once the order form has been sent. If additional instructions are provided after the working process has been started, you will be charged extra for additional pages to be written or edited by the writer.

Due to the nature of service, Custom-Writing.org cannot guarantee a certain grade on the paper.

Custom-Writing.org will not be liable for any delays or technical problems in delivery of your paper resulting from any malfunction of your mail-server or your Internet Service Provider.
