The correct answer is A. Place one foot on the inside of the leg, raise the heel of the other foot, and remain in this position as long as possible.


All of these positions are great for keeping balance while standing and used in school PE, gymnastics, and yoga. However, only A contains the correct description for the stork pose.

As seen from the picture, a person needs to mimic the bird by lifting one leg and pressing one foot on the inside of the leg. In B, the leg is lifted, but the foot is not placed where it is supposed to be. C and D are also wrong since both feet are on the ground.
